The sale of all products and services from LOOP™ Workwear Internet site are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.
LOOP™ Workwear guarantees the protection of your credit card information. You will not be held liable if unauthorised charges are made to your account through no fault of your own as a direct result of shopping at LOOP™ Workwear.
By placing an order through LOOP™ Workwear’s website you agree to receive newsletters promoting products and services from LOOP™ Workwear. Should you not wish to continue to receive these newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link the end of the newsletter.
LOOP™ Workwear guarantees that we will never share, sell, disseminate in any form whatsoever any of the information that we collect from you during and beyond the course of our relationship. This excludes information that is required by law to be provided.
Exclusions to Online Discount Promotions/Email Promotions
Only one discount code can be used at any one time, not available with any other offer.
Discount unique codes (example 10% off everything) only apply to online sales, not available instore. LOOP™ Workwear reserves the right to correct any error after an email is sent out.
Shipping Policy
Delivery
LOOP™ Workwear makes every effort to ensure that the product you order is in stock and is dispatched promptly. If a product does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you with an ETA. Your credit card will only be charged for goods that are available, and only at the time they are sent.
Deliveries within New Zealand are sent by Go Sweet Spot and would normally be delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days, depending on your location.
Allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and your credit card to be charged (excluding weekends) over and above the actual time to ship your order.
Deliveries can be made to a business or rural physical address. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or Private Bag address.
Should you have any special delivery instructions, please note these in the field provided at checkout.
All products displayed on this website are sold in $NZD (New Zealand Dollars) & excludes GST.
The delivery charge within New Zealand is not included in the price of the goods sold & is a separate charge unless stated otherwise.
Responsibility is accepted for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand, provided we are notified within 7 days.
We also accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If this occurs please hold onto the item and packaging, and notify us within 7 days.
International
LOOP™ Workwear only sell to residents of New Zealand, you are required to have a New Zealand address to purchase from LOOP™ Workwear.
Returns Policy
It is important to choose carefully as we are not obligated to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘CGA’), you have guaranteed legal rights for goods [and services] you buy.
These are called ‘consumer guarantees’, and include the following:
1) A guarantee that the goods are of acceptable quality, such that the goods are fit for all the purposes for which goods of that type are commonly supplied. The products should be free from minor defects, safe, durable and acceptable in appearance and finish
2) A guarantee that the goods are fit for any particular purpose made known by you, or for which we represent that they are or will be fit
3) A guarantee that the goods correspond with any description with which the goods are supplied
4) A guarantee that the goods correspond with any sample or demonstration model where the goods are supplied by reference to such sample or model
If the goods we supply do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will meet our obligations under the CGA to provide a remedy.
The CGA does not apply where the goods have been used in a manner, or to an extent which is inconsistent with the manner or extent of use that a reasonable consumer would expect to obtain from the goods; and the goods would have complied with the guarantee of acceptable quality if they had not been used in the manner or to that extent.
Cancellation
If the products we supply do not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will replace them. If we cannot replace them within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price.
Delivery Charges
Any shipping costs to return the original products to LOOP™ Workwear will be at the cost of LOOP™ Workwear, where LOOP™ Workwear considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee. If on examination the goods returned to LOOP™ Workwear are found to not be in breach of any consumer guarantee, LOOP™ Workwear may charge you a fee for examining the goods, and any cost involved in the return of the goods.
Please note that goods must be returned within 7 days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of LOOP™ Workwear and will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with the relevant paperwork.
This returns policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and may not necessarily describe all rights you may have.
Liability limited to price of product.
No liability for consequential loss.
Submissions
LOOP™ Workwear appreciates hearing from its customers. By submitting your ideas, inventions, suggestions or other materials (your “submission”) you grant LOOP™ Workwear a perpetual, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
Changes and Applicable Law
We reserve the right to make changes to our web site and the policies and conditions that govern the use of our web site at any time. We encourage you to review the web site and these terms regularly for any updates or changes. Your continued access or use of our web site shall be deemed your acceptance of these changes and the reasonableness of these standards for notice of changes. Use of LOOP™ Workwear web site and purchases of products from LOOP™ Workwear shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the New Zealand, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and LOOP™ Workwear shall be brought exclusively in New Zealand court.

By Credit card – Visa, MasterCard and American Express (sorry we do not process Diner’s Card Online) the name that will appear on your statement will be LOOP™ Workwear.
By Bank transfer of Direct Credit to our Bank a/c.
