Embroidery
A classic branding option, great for polo shirts, jackets, caps and beanies. There is no minimum order requirement, just a one off set up charge for orders under 100. Suits a wide range of garment styles and the thread colours can be matched to pantone colours.
Prices are based on a stitch count, so ideally suited for branding 100mm wide or less..
Screen-printing
Need a large logo on your t-shirts, polo shirts or jackets? This could be the right option for you – set-up and production prices are based on the number of colours in the print rather than on print size.
Minimum order of 30 units, but most cost effective for orders of 50+ units.
Dye Sublimation
Traditionally used for sports-wear such as cycle shirts and football jerseys – please note that only 100% polyester can be dye sublimated. White fabric is dyed digitally (via the cmyk process), so contrast panels or logos can be matched to your pantone colours.
If you have large amounts of print coverage or brand logos you’ll be pleased that prices for this service are fixed per garment.
Custom Labels
We can produce custom labels in large quantities, with a very small price per unit. Whether you like the look of woven, printed, or even raised PVC labels, we can find a unique option to suit your business.
Our custom labels are hard-wearing and designed on a case by case basis to tie in with your uniforms, branding guidelines and company image. They’re also suitable for our made-to-order or custom design uniforms.
Trims
Sometimes, it can just take a little something extra to raise the profile of a company uniform. Trims such as custom zip pullers, piping, tape, branded domes and buttons can set your uniforms apart from the off the shelf garments worn in the shop next door, without a large cost.
